Treasured! Alongside a Gazillion New Favorites

I just got the convo that I'm in this new Etsy treasury, and holy crud are there a lot of items in here that are now on my favorites list. Those Oxford shoes are to die for (and I promptly hearted just about everything in annacarinavintage's shop), I'm strongly coveting the LanaStepul checkered skirt, and the mid-century modern lamp from birdie1 is a completely awesome find. It's a Party In My...

...blog and everyone's invited.

Never tried one of these Linky blog posts before, but why not!

In the Hammock Vintage is hosting a "blog party" on her (no surprise) blog. Lots of links of Vesties members' blogs for peeking through seems to be the perfect type of party for my Sunday night mood.
Friday I went to a mini-flea market and did some quality pickering (really old Tupperware ketchup and mustard dispensers in gorgeous condition made me very happy, as did the original 1956 COD delivery box encasing a hand-held Dexter sewing machine). Then Saturday was St. Patrick's Day mayhem in Chicago, which was a lot of fun despite my weekend-long migraine battle.
So! Now it is Sunday and tomorrow my dog and I both have doctor's appointments (I worry about his a bit) so while in-person friends call to make plans, my party will stick to Blogland. Vintage Etsy Society Street Team!

I joined a new (to me) team on Etsy! The Vintage Etsy Society Street Team (AKA Vesties) is a global vintage team but lucky for me they're based in Chicago and happen to have a meeting this weekend not too ridiculously far from my house. I'm a big fan of being part of Etsy teams in general, so hopefully this one will be good for networking with people who actually do the same sort of thing I do (Chicago Style Crafters is better for the more-local more-varied side of things).
I'm still looking for help getting into more magazines and blogs, too, so I'd love it if we could do something as a group, but as a brand new member of an absolutely gigantic team, I don't expect to do much steering any time soon.
